Accurate energy pricing
enPrice is the "next generation" solution for accurate customer pricing. A complex combination of energy costs, distribution charges, transmission system costs and a numerous other charges and levies, combine to provide a vast number of potential pricing permutations. enPrice consolidates this information using a comprehensive pricing engine to accurately determine each cost element down to the finest possible level of accuracy. At each stage, industry cost models are used to ensure each cost element is calculated precisely. Once calculated, the appropriate uplift or risk margin can be applied to any cost element; all the costs are then summarised for each quote requested.
Produce quotes - fast!
enPrice separates the complex pricing process from the quote production, allowing the Retail Sales team to operate much more efficiently. Quote production is as simple as entering the basic customer details, meter number and historic usage. Bulk quotations can also be done using a standard file import. Sales margins can be monitored and controlled by the sales manager at any point. Contigo’s document creator prepares the detailed quotation in PDF format and stores this in the system alongside the quote, ready to be sent electronically, or printed.

Need to re-quote a previously supplied quote? The re-quote function can prepare a new quote based on the original in seconds. Rapidly quote for different products or revised margins using this powerful capability.
Efficient
enPrice automates the quotation process so that nonspecialist staff can produce quotations with minimal training. The speed of the system allows many more quotes to be accurately provided to potential customers. Specialist pricing staff can focus on risk management, market intelligence and product development, without needing to worry about each quotation being sent out. Risk factors are automatically built into each quote, as are updated industry costs as soon as they are activated.
Accurate
enPrice incorporates industry standard settlement rules and models to reflect the ultimate costs that will be levied on the supplier once a customer has been signed up on contract. Each price component is tagged with the current version of the market data model to allow subsequent reconciliation of all quotations. A summary of the cost components is retained alongside each quotation, detailing the costs rules applied at the point of quote.
Administration
The enPrice administration components have been designed from the user’s point of view, with simple upload facilities and the ability to store and use multiple versions of forward cost curves.
Controlled
enPrice allows the risk and pricing analysts to manage and configure the tariffs, products and pricing structures to be used in the quotations. The pricing analyst has full control of cost matrices and pricing increments, and can choose which supply types are included or excluded from the quote production process.

Integration
