Contigo expands enTrader product suite with Retail Portfolio Management module

Energy software developer Contigo has expanded its flagship enTrader product suite with the launch of a new retail management module.

This latest addition to the suite – which includes the enPrice, enTrader and enVoy products - provides the capabilities for both small and large-scale retail energy suppliers to manage their energy portfolio more effectively, by optimising trading activities for one or more commodities, such as coal, oil, or natural gas.

Created by the company for retail energy suppliers such, enTrader RPM includes a number of innovative functions, including sophisticated hedging strategies, automated trade generation and detailed reporting to ensure a smooth and reliable portfolio management process.

The system also maintains a real-time view of a company’s complete portfolio, enabling users to easily see the firm and non-firm positions, current demand and hedging effectiveness – all of which is available at the push of a button.
